3D-printed check sockets, rectified by you.

Transparent, heat-modifiable PETG, 2-month warranty. For every level: transtibial, transfemoral, sub-ischial and upper limb.

Transtibial (BK)

Transparent thermoformable PETG, 3 / 5 / 7 mm. Heat-modifiable, sandable. Heavy-duty inserts for the four-hole pyramid adapter. Outdoor-rated. All activity levels, warranted up to 125 kg. Reinforced versions are available above that weight.

Transfemoral (AK), ischial containment

Transparent PETG, internal comfort foam. Scanned with the patented VTF tool: ischium identified in weight-bearing for a precise ICS socket. Up to 125 kg; reduced-mobility patients can be scanned lying down.

Transfemoral sub-ischial

Transparent PETG with a specific silicone brim. Sub-ischial design frees the ischium, only one scan required. K1/K2: better sitting comfort. K3/K4: active patients with good muscle tone.

Upper limb

Transparent 3D-printed PETG transradial check socket. Validate skin contact and pressure points before the definitive.

Pricing

Scanning and rectification are free, with no subscription and no license fee. You pay when you export a socket: $99 / €99, down to $70 / €70 in packs of 100. Printing is separate, and only if you order it from us: $175 / €150 transtibial, $220 / €190 transfemoral, $160 / €140 upper limb, shipping from $45 / €15. Print on your own machine and you pay the export only.

Vtransfer · DIGITAL TRANSFER

From check to definitive, without plaster.

Transfer the inner shape and alignment of any socket in 10 minutes, from your laptop. No mold, no cutting, and the patient keeps their prosthesis while the definitive is made.

Vtransfer plate

The patented calibration plate. You place the patient's prosthesis on it and scan, and the plate carries the reference markers that let VYTRUVE recover the exact shape and alignment. Bought once, used for every transfer. Works with a Medixa scanner, inside the workflow you already use.

Positive and fitting guide

What you order for each patient: a 3D-printed positive with its anchor-fitting guide, ready to laminate on. From $99 / €90 as an .stl you print yourself, or $240 / €219 with the digital file and the printing included. Delivery is quoted by location. Soft TPU trim lines and complete subcontracted sockets are available as options.

All built on a 3D-printed positive via the patented Vtransfer process. Keep your traditional craft, go fully turnkey, or work in silicone.

EVERvy TT · Transtibial (BK), carbon

We deliver the 3D-printed PETG positive + installation guides; you laminate carbon or fibreglass your way and keep your traditional workflow. Optional soft EVA or FDM inner socket.

EVERvy essential TT · Transtibial (BK), 3D-printed

Fully 3D-printed in PA12S, matte black, turnkey and ready to deliver. Options: soft TPU edge or soft inner socket.

EVERvy essential TF sub · Transfemoral sub-ischial (AK)

Fully 3D-printed definitive in PA12S. Durable, light and finished, ready to deliver.

EVERvy TF · Transfemoral (AK) ischial containment, carbon

We deliver the 3D-printed positive + installation guides; you laminate carbon or fibreglass as usual. Optional soft EVA or FDM inner socket.

EVERvy Sil · Silicone on a 3D-printed frame

For TT, ICS TF and sub-ischial. We deliver a PA11 printed frame; you finish in flexible silicone in about 2 hours (COP silicone + fabric).

EVERvy upper limb · Transradial, PA11

3D-printed definitive transradial socket in PA11 (MJF). Lightweight and durable; painting or hydro-dipping on request.
