This page explains what data is collected when you visit vytruve.com, why, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and honest.

Who we are

VYTRUVE SAS, a French company registered in Rennes under number 891 383 986, with its registered office at Immeuble Atrium, ZAC Les Champs Blancs, 2 rue Claude Chappe, 35510 Cesson-Sévigné, France. VYTRUVE is the data controller for the processing described on this page.

What this page covers

This policy covers the public website vytruve.com. The VYTRUVE application used by clinics and their patients (app.vytruve.com) is governed by the agreements signed with each clinic and by its own documentation.

The short version

No measurement or advertising tool loads on this site before you accept the consent banner. If you refuse, or simply ignore the banner, nothing loads and the site works exactly the same. Your choice is remembered in your browser for 180 days, and you can change it at any time with the button at the bottom of this page.

Tools that run without consent

A small number of tools are necessary to operate the site and run on the basis of our legitimate interest:

Tools that load only if you accept

If, and only if, you click Accept on the consent banner, the following load:

Data you give us directly

If you book a demo, fill in a form or write to us, we receive what you submit, typically your name, work email, company and message. We use it to answer you and to follow up on your request. This data is stored in our CRM (HubSpot, USA) for as long as we have an active relationship with you, then archived or deleted in line with legal retention periods. It is never sold.

Transfers outside the EU

Some of the providers above are US companies. Where personal data is transferred to the United States, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, depending on the provider.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, receive a copy of it, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page or by post at the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Change your mind at any time

Your consent choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. The button below erases that choice and shows the consent banner again, so you can decide differently.
